I've created a signature system that allows worldly women faced with life’s little barriers become carefree of others’ judgments and truly embrace their own personal greatness.

Introducing the “Dare to Be You” Success System
Step 1: Clean, Clear, & Strengthen Your Body
The food you consume directly affects the way you look, the way you feel, AND the way you act! I will help you create a way of eating that brightens your moods and boosts your energy. Ultimately, I’ll help you create a foundation with food that makes it MUCH easier to shift old thought-patterns and live in alignment with your heart.
Don’t worry — strengthening your nutrition doesn’t mean you have to skimp on fun and flavor. I’ll introduce you to delicious new foods and tasty substitutes to keep things exciting and delicious! This approach to eating makes you feel great, which in turn helps boost your confidence.
Step 2: Embrace the Power of 3 Amazing Natural Detoxifiers
When your body is “blocked” (old food, alcohol...) it’s pretty tricky to feel strong and confident. I’ll show you how simple physical movements, water, and daily bowel movements support your body and detoxify unwanted elements. As you follow this method you’ll begin to look more radiant, feel increased energy, and (yes!), confidence will flow more naturally.
Step 3: Release and Replace Toxins in Your Living Space
Having a strong, confident mind and body means being certain your living space is toxin-free. This means we’ll turn our attention to greening your home, including your food pantry. We’ll start by ridding your household of toxic products in exchange for natural ones. Then we’ll apply small but powerful Feng Shui techniques, allowing energy to flow freely through the home. Lastly, we’ll tackle your food pantry and swap common allergy-inducing food products with favorable alternatives. Avoiding common allergens will improve mental acuity and digestive health. An added bonus: this also promotes wonderfully enhanced confidence and long-term family wellness!
I’ll introduce you to an at-your-own-pace action plan to replace the foods and household products that no longer serve your goals.
Step 4: Locate and Change Setbacks
With a cleaner body and environment, you’ll be able to think with more clarity and bask in the positive energies around you. Your fresh, clear mind will make it easier for you to think up new ideas and methods to improve your current life situation. When your body is detoxified and reenergized, it’s much easier for your mind to spot any areas of your life that have become stagnant – perhaps areas you never realized were a problem until now. This newfound clarity will allow for the beginning of small, yet profound changes toward your goal of a more fulfilling, amazing life.
Step 5: Hear and Respond to Intuition
When you live in disharmony with your soul’s truth, you can bet that you’ve been receiving signs along the way to slow down, reflect and do things differently. And the signs keep getting bigger until you finally pay attention.
Our sessions will provide you with a warm, safe haven for you to pause and reflect on what matters most to you and to realign your everyday choices to live your truth.
I’ll teach you various ways to listen to your intuition. Methods include journaling, creative self-expression, meditation, and a list of other proven techniques designed to help you hear that wise inner part of you — your soul. By creating a spiritual practice, you’ll support your wellbeing and find insight to understanding who you really are and what is best and most true for you.
At this stage, Dancing With Everybody Watching becomes MUCH easier!
Step 6: Own Your Personal Greatness!
This step is about living confidently. Often, when we look within, what we see or uncover is a lack of full love for ourselves. This lack of love is the source of our current suffering — all of it! Now is the time to get on track and remedy this by overcoming inhibiting beliefs. We’ll move past the "shoulds" and "have-to’s" and the "how could I ever measure up” feelings. I’ll show you how to love and appreciate your whole self — a.k.a. own your Personal Greatness!
Step 7: Find Creative Self-Expression
Now it’s time to nourish what really matters to you. Locating and expressing an inner passion allows you to create more energy in your life. Since energy attracts energy, you’ll end up with an influx of wonderful things happening in your life. I will show you how to allow yourself the time and space to fulfill your form of self-expression.
Step 8: Live Life Fully and Dance With Everybody Watching!
This is where it all comes together! Once you’ve strengthened your body, looked inward, and tapped your personal wisdom, you will feel your life start to open and notice your confidence grow immensely! I’ll show you how to stay aware and on track. I’ll also give you the tools needed to continuously re-inspire yourself to live confidently by using mindful strategies and practices that help you consciously stay in alignment with the life you want.
