Try eating more brown rice.

Brown rice is a favorite within my household.

I love it because it’s a complex carb., which means it breaks down slowly and keeps your blood sugar level stable.

Eating brown rice allows you to release a “feel good hormone” called serotonin and norepinephrine.

End result: being able to handle stress better, because you’re in a good mood, and you have energy for a sustained period of time!

Easy idea: Make brown rice instead of pasta. Add to the rice whatever sauce, veggies or meat you might have topped your pasta with.
