Here’s the recipe I mentioned in the video:
Delicious & “Good for Your Body” Chocolate Bar
9 Tbs. raw cacao butter (in liquid form)
9 Tbs. raw cacao powder
3-6 Tbs. raw agave nectar (to taste)
2-3 Tbs. shredded, unsweetened coconut (optional)
2-3 Tbs. raw, chopped almonds (optional)
1. Melt cacao butter in a double boiler
2. Mix in cacao powder and agave (and coconut and almonds, if desired)
3. Pour into your chosen mold (ice cube trays work well.) Place in fridge until solid, then enjoy! (Can be stored at room temperature.)
*Serves 4-8 people
