Ever wear something you didn’t feel all that great about?
Maybe all your best jeans were dirty and that last pair of “decent” jeans was all you had available to slip into in the morning?
Or maybe you bought something at the store thinking- wow this looks so fabulous on my friend Patty and in the magazines, but when you finally wear it out to a party, you find yourself feeling uncomfortable and second guessing how it looks on you.
So what happens when you wear clothing that’s WRONG for you?
You slump more. That’s right, you lean forward, shoulders slumped ready to hide what you’re wearing from the world.
You feel frumpy and out of sorts. You may even find yourself in a bad mood.
Why? Because you’re not wearing something that helps you to feel good, you’re wearing something that makes you feel more uneasy.
And guess what? Us women (and men for that matter) do NOT need any other reasons to help us feel bad about ourselves. No, we already have plenty of those to overcome.
What to do?
